New ashe and black cleaver
So i have been having succes with black cleaver second item on ashe. The armor shred with 5 focus q is amazing. thoughts?

How much armor do you really need to shred by the time you have enough gold to buy 2 items? That's inefficient, even if it's been working out for you

Black cleaver is nice on Ashe but not early on. The reason that is is because of how the resist system works in lol and BC is percent not flat arm pen.
BC 3rd or 4th item would be better in terms of when the actual pen kicks in.
