So with any jungler except Ivern you have to fight all ten Krug's and receive ten cs score, however with Ivern you do receive full xp and gold however you only receive 2 cs score which honestly just really REALLY bothers me.

I mean, he does have a really good trade off...He can technically take the camp super duper fast with smite. I'd give up the cs for the speedy clear on any jungle

He actually doesnt get the full XP from Krugs.
