I think this is the first time I've seen someone complain that Taliyah's ult is too strong, considering it's difficult to use properly and doesn't do any damage.
So many other ults have game changing effects that can't just be dashed/blinked/flashed over...
but her Q is just sooooooo weak....we need to buff everything but her ult.....it definitely needs a nerf because the cooldown is waaaaaayyyy too short....

It's almost three minutes at the first rank and is two minutes at highest ran. Even if you were building CDR(which Taliyah doesn't need) with the mastery that gives you an extra 5% CDR, it's still little over a minute CD, which compared to other game changing ult CDs(Azir's, for example). And just for the record, it's Taliyah. Not Talia.
It can literally change the course of a game faster than any other ult on the fields of justice. What ults can you not flash out of that effect a whole team at once I'm blanking.
