Remake
The new remake option DOES NOT WORK how could you possibly give a team absolutely nothing for waiting 15 minutes to get in to game just for the other team to quit?

No not punish the team keep it there, but at least give 50 ip or something to the team that is ready to play and has spent 15 minutes of their time waiting to play only to be sent back out of game immediately after it starts. It also isn't the opposing teams fault, and maybe the team was being nasty in pregame chat to the player who caused them to be a man down. Could even make a case for some sort of tracking, and once you have been booted from 3 games due to remake you earn a hextech key fragment. People must realize that once you have been booted from three games due to remake you could have played one or two full game(s) in that time frame.
So...you were prefer to punish the other team for something out of their control? Or do you just want a free win?
