Defensive Rune Idea (To counter poke damage)

Air Resistance: Damage you receive is reduced by 1% per every 60 units away from the source, up to a cap of 10% damage reduction at 600 units away.

Reasoning: Provides a soft counter to Viktor while also providing the defensive boost that was previously in the Resolve tree. In close combat it barely performs, if at all, making it balanced and a viable option in the tree.
