why buff annie riot?

so old annie was ok. but now because even doe she was one of the easiest champions to play you now decided to make her Qs cd to be reduced with 50% when she kills a minion and her Qs mana cost will be fully restored. that is a huge buff why even consider keeping her mana bar when she just gets it back riot? and her ult is buffed quite huge as well. if she has her passive stun ready and R then tibbers will rage meanwhile youre stunned. like come on riot this is NOT balanced. please tell me why you buffed annie please! in midlane you mostly play like kata zed talon etc... and even if you would buy mr in early game she would still mostly one shot you at lvl 6 with her passive stun ready like riot wth is this?

those changes happened quite a long while ago, in patch 6.08 dude.

because she is at a great spot? lmao, Annie is fine how she is now, she got a decent laning phase now and doesnt instantly R-Q-W kill people, AND her E is now useful

Annie had a slight rework because her burst power was too op and in turn her laning phase was impossibly shit. all Annie could do was stun and kill.

and besides, the changes did more good than bad to her tibbers, now her summoned unit isn't just a Walking minion with a sunfire cape passive that free tanks turrets. now he can actually be used for something.

she NOW only does RQW to kill someone from 100-0. you need to look up her gameplay before you argue about her

i do look up her gameplay and the only Person Annie can truly oneshot with her combo is an adc, and that is come lategame where she has enough items to possess the necessary scalings.

Annie in the past could pretty much instantkill people by procing tibbers only, and maybe a Q if her R didn't kill. the way she is now she earlygame can't 100/0 for shit unless she really knows what to do, drops an ignite or the enemy is about 1/3 down on their health, because now after the stun is over you can run away from tibbers since he doesn't instantkill anymore. he just goes on a short rage and that is it, honestly Annie is in a wonderful position now.

im a kata main smurf. i have been one shot by so many reworked annies as fast as they hit lvl 6. they flash tibbers so i get stunned thunderlords and Q. thats it nothing else and i go from 100-0. say whatever you want you are wrong when you say annie is balanced or not a one shot champ
