Do you think singed should have a taunt or where he could reposition his poison trail ?

He isn't a bad champ but almost every champ counters him now and he doesn't have any real damage to 1 v 1 someone and you shouldn't just be able to win by not teaming up and pushing all game either because it can be unfair either way because either it will be unfair to enemy and cause them to lose your your team would actually need you cuz they're behind and you're there pushing all game. Anyway imagine if he could reposition his poison in different directions, such as shooting ahead, sideways or whatever and obviously to make it fair when he positions it to the front it would have shorter range and maybe cost more mana.
