At what elo are the extreme feeder's seemingly non-existent?

So I remember Bronze and Silver, They were almost equally bad. Same like a never ending battle of a team mate, or opponent, feeding to a unfixable point. I'm in gold now, and it's definitely not as bad. However it is still there. I would have thought by now, dying repetitively (3+ times before 10 minutes) would be extremely rare. However my team mates prove me wrong time and again. A top lane dying 6 times before 10 minutes, a mid laner doing the same. What elo does this end? What skill level are player's aware that they need to play extremely passive, and back if in death's valley? Thanks

Look, there is always someone more skilled. Once u face better player, u will feed no matter what. Every elo is like that.

Playing safe doesn't win games.

It doesn't because while people are generally smarter in high elo, they're also better at exploiting weakness. Die once in lane and you'd better believe their teammates are going to show up and start tower diving you if you just try to play safe all the time.

it never ends, even in Diamond they manage to die 10 times before 20 mins

Not sure why downvoted. Honestly, this is true. I'm not diamond, but I've watched a lot of diamond streams, and the feeding is real there, too.

Can't speak for challenger/master tiers.

"Feeding" in a non-troll method is dying to the enemy laner about two or three times in higher elo and people will get mad at you for it. Basically higher elo players understand how gold works (how 1-0-2 with 60 CS at 5 minutes translates into being hyperfed) so they know when to simply play passive or not.

From my experience I tend to never see people stop "feeding" regardless of where you play at. Even Challengers due it once in a while. I've played with many, many Masters and Challengers in the past and they've all fed equally as bad as some Bronze players I've seen. It's like toxicity or trolling, it doesn't stop because you get to higher elo but it does decline.

Never.

No matter the elo, people will have bad games.

I play in high plat / low diamond games. Still feeders going 0-5 in 10 minutes in many games. I remember my first plat 1 promos: a Vlad was 0-8 to Irelia in 15 minutes. That means he literally dies, walks back to lane and dies instantly again.

Doesn't it feel like they place us with the worst in our Promos? Winning to promos is easy, but once hit promos, is like all of a sudden the Ranking System decides to put you with the Trollies of the trolls who go Teemo Jungle because they seen some professional Korean players do it in ranked 5s.

yes. there's also a losing streak island where the more losses you have, the more losses your teammates also have.

I recently dropped from Bronze 1 to Bronze 2, and most of my feeders are gone.

Unless you count the people I play against.

Just from today I've had several diamonds who fed....and fed....and typed "unlucky" going 0/11...or "just a bad game"

Consider there are a lot of bought accounts/boosted accounts/and duo queue accounts. Majority of those players have 48% and lower win rate overall. A player who is capable of ranking on his/her own able to keep 51%+ win rate overall score.
