submitted about 10 hours ago in Help & Support So its been quite some time since champion mastery and the grading system has came out and many people are still in the dark and some with many questions such as i ive started a grading report after each game keeping track of my kills, my wards,my cs, my deaths, and my assissts and from what ive put togethe im probably just missing something crucial but it seems as if the grading system is off a bit and just wanted to know the true foundation of it cause in a game playing as kha i went 22/2/1 155cs and 31 dropped wards and got an S+ but in another game as kha i went 22/14/13 165 cs and 43 dropped wards and got an A+ which looking at this it seems like strange calculations.

it also compares you to other players playing that champion in that specific role. Your kda was significantly worse in the second game, even though they both come out around 11, you died much more. depending on how far apart you played the games, average scores from other players in your elo may have changed dramatically. Hope this helps :) ~DJ

1st game you had a 11.5 KDA with Kha'zix. 2nd game you had a 2.5 KDA with Kha'zix.

The second game was also probably longer meaning you'd get more kills anyways, the second games KDA was much worse compared to the first add on to the fact that it was longer diminshes that even further, hence why you didn't get an S- or higher.

Riot also purposely doesn't release how these are graded to prevent cheating the system in a way to achieve grades easier.
