Queue Dodging?
Is anyone else noticing while the new system is down a lot of people are queue dodging and not accepting matches or is it just me?

They are most likely getting a black screen or "blurry screen" over the client that does not let them select or interact with anything.
It happened to me and I was forced to que dodge because I could not select a champion, I could not type in chat, I could not do anything, it's similar to the screen you get when someone gifts you something, except there's nothing to click on.
