Ashe feels terrible now.

I played nothing but Ashe prior to the rework, enough to where I had gotten pretty comfortable with the champion and her nuisances. After the rework, Ashe doesn't feel the same anymore nor does it seem like she has the damage or kiting potential that she used to. I was super excited for the rework because I felt it was going to give Ashe some much needed scaling and threat/power. Her inability to crit, however, has ruined her. I can no longer go into a fight with a guaranteed crit (plus statik shiv proc). I can't "hold" unto those auto-crits by using only volley until the time is right. I am now overly reliant on stacking Q (ranger's focus) to 5 and then using its active. On a champion that has no mobility, this just feels completely awful.

Maybe adjust the decay on those stacks? Right now, I feel the only positive side to the rework has been the auto slow on her passive (thus mana has become less of an issue) and the global range on her hawkshot.

You're supposed to use volley to get the Q stacks up. You gain a stack each time you apply a slow on an enemy.

But I do agree. I used to Ashe support a lot, and now she's even less viable. I don't know if she's a bad ADC, though.

Well

  1. She never goes oom ever now.
  2. Global range on her Hawkshot is probably what's going to get her nerfed in the future.
  3. It feels worse but it's honestly strictly better

The short duration of focus and the mana issue if you spam Volley and Focus are, are a ok weakness. But Ashe is a utility hyper carry now.
