[Help] My Choice In Champions Sucks!

These are the champions that I enjoy playing frequently, but they all seem to suck or at least, I suck with them. Can you help me get better or recommend a similar play style champion that isn't weak?

#1 Ashe I love to play Ashe. I like her theme, her skins, her concept. I dislike that I feel outclassed by almost every other adc except Sivir and Kalista. Jhin's ultimate feels more impactful than an Ashe arrow, yet he doesn't pay a tax for his utility. Jinx is as immobile as Ashe, yet her damage is considerably higher. I hate being completely immobile and slow, and Frost Shot definitely does not help kite anything. I'm confused as to why Ashe received nerfs, but other adc's received considerable buffs?

#2 Garen Garen was a fun champion back when I first fell in love with the game. He was my first melee character, and although I quickly learned about his weakness to kiting, it didn't matter because he made up for it in tankiness and dive potential. I don't know what happened to Garen, but he just feels useless at most stages of the game now. I feel slower than usual and the kiting has gotten worse. I can't catch up to anyone. I get bullied out of lane. The tankiness feels like it isn't there. I don't understand this villain mechanic, nor do I find it interesting or change my gameplay around it. What's the point of it ?

#3 Morgana I guess somewhere along the lines, she was reclassified as a support? Her damage just feels awful. Her soil does absolutely nothing to tanks and it is on considerably long cooldown. What do I do when I need more than 2 full spell rotations to even dent the hp pool on some tanks ? Her damage seems fine against squishies, but I feel like she needs something to do after q and w are on cooldown. Auto-attacking for 10 secs isn't fun.
