It's a really good item on her, especially as her passive already rewards the pattern of spell cast -> auto attack, rinse and repeat.
She can utilize all the stats on it... why isn't it more popular on her?

Lux has amazing range, and optimally using Lich Bane forces her to transition from orbital laser range to Vayne's risky business range.
FireStorm211 votesLich Bane that early isn't that beneficial compared to other items. So the best time to get it would be later in the game. Late in the game you do not have the luxury as Lux to use auto attacks between spells. Also Lich Bane is better on Champions that have an ability that applies auto attack spell effects like TF W for example.
