OMG Rito what are you thinking when you give such a noob champ a so powerful tool? I'm not saying took it off her, but reduce the duration, it's really annoying to be stunned for ages with that kit she has adding more free damage to it. It means being permadead over and over.

QSS for the stun, the whole reason this thread exists is because OP is complaining the "stun duration is too long".
You can't "QSS her 1k dmg burst", but you can QSS her STUN. Oh and get some MR. OMIGUSH, QSS comes with some of that!!!

She won't be able to 100-0 you. Her full combo will do at least half HP for sure.

Maybe I play in a team that relies on my other summoner spell in a way I can't choose cleanse (and cleanse it's not like you have it every 3 seconds). QSS is good, but it depends on who you're playing, can't really buy it anytime I want. I was just saying that Annie would be a great champ already with a not-so-long stun, therefore I don't see the utility in making Annie a no-hands-needed champ and give her that much power.

I'm sorry, but yes, you really can buy it anytime and really should, especially if there is an Annie or someone with lockdown capabilities on the enemy team, it's really a no brainer.
Almost every game when I play Lissandra, the ADC buys a QSS or some time of MR.

It's just an unbalanced situation if Annie can grow with her build but I have to buy QSS first af all. Dont complain about the stun duration, and then complain that you have to build against it. It isn't imbalance, that's why Riot made QSS and Merc treads, Zhonys's and other defensive items.
The only Mage that needs to watch out for Annie is Leblanc, considering she actually has to get into range to combo you. Just respect her damage and stun, get cleanse if getting QSS is so hard for you.

Kaioko1 votesAnnie's stun already scales with levels as it is only stunning you at 1.25 seconds in the early game. If you're struggling against her early game you need to reconsider how you're playing or who you're picking into her.
