RP Buying Compensation

I saw this in a website the other day and I thought this was a good idea. Every specific number of skins you buy or rp you buys, you get a skin refund. People who don't buy rp won't have skins so they won't we disappointed by this but people who buy a lot of rp probably have a lot of skins that they don't want anywhere. Just putting this out there cause I thought it was a good idea.
