Anyone else think Aurelion is kind of bad?

Like we waited 3 years for the release of this champion and this is what we get. Is anyone else disappointed with this champion?

EDIT: For those who don't understand my reasoning, I'll try to explain. Aurelion and Anivia have very similar kit's, but Anivia in my opinion is much better early game compared to Sol since she has access to a decent amount of burst early. Whereas Sol has sustained damage, but Anivia has that too at level 6. Idk to me Anivia does a lot of the same things, but better than Sol. It's not because I dislike Aurelions kit, it's just that he's so similar to another champion and that champion is just a better version of Sol.

Nope. He's fun, rather strong, is doing well right now.

Just hard to play correctly, so some people won't like him.

His kit is fun. He just isn't meta right now with all those tanks running arround. He also seems to have a Bard like skillcap what whould explane why you don't see him that often.

He's just not flashy is all. I watched a 3 man mid gank against an Aurelion Sol who somehow won, but it still looked so dull.

go watch Brickyorchid8. I know he's not that great, but it has the play I'm talking about and he's right. A Sol isn't a flashy champ at all despite being a giant space dragon who creates stars. I also don't agree with how Bricky brings up his E flight, but to each his own. He also likes Tahm Kench so maybe he's just an asshole troll. Who knows.
