Talon has Limitations to jump over walls but Kass doesn't on 2 seconds?

How is it balance for kass to have a free flash on a 2 second CD that does damage?

Not saying the champ is broken but him being able to flash walls every 2 seconds is kinda dumb. He has no risk to using it aggressively lategame other than using it on top of an entire team or getting stun stacked/bursted. Compare to fizz's E that has a longer one that you actually have to take in mind when to use it since it's his only escape.

Just my thoughts.

why do people even make dumb comparisons without considering every other factor

His costs no mana and Kass does.

It would be pretty broken if he could just continue hopping walls over and over again- up to the point that it would be absurd. If they gave him a mana cost on it, I think it would be okay. Like 70 mana per wall cast.

Kass will consume all of his mana in no time if he spams it. They did balance it over the fact that it will drain him.

an apple is red

a pear is green

it makes no sense for my apple also to be able to be green or even yellow.

talon does an entirely different job than kass ( imo is a better assassin overall )

Riot's not exactly trying to balance the assassin class atm it's more about appeasing the things the community complains about. Besides Talon's is no cost anyway it and you don't often need to jump that wall again soon.

If you don't build him right, he goes from full mana to near absolute zero after the first time he casts it with max stacks. And the cooldown for resetting stacks is something in the neighborhood of 20 seconds.
