The promo curse is real!!

So, I've been climbing the ELO ladder quite quickly lately, and I always go on big win streaks, but when I enter most promo's I always get teams who play worse than the 2 division which I've just climbed, can someone please reply if you have the same difficulty/situation,

Okay before you say "Oh you're blaming your team for everything!" or " You should help your team", I did they just always either jungled and ignored all objectives or chased into their base by themselves.
