[GAMEPLAY] Mouse Cursor not work properly

When I play league sometimes the cursor isn't the Iron glove, and is only the regular windows cursor, I can't type in chat or ping properly, in addition to this when I right click for a split second something comes up and if I hover my mouse over it and click it alt-tabs me out, I can't play league properly because every time I join a game I'm in fear of this bug popping up, and then I get flamed, reported etc. I can't find anything about this on the internet.

This bug has only cropped up when I've played project: Zed or Azir.

Step 1: Pick Azir/Project:Zed Step 2: In the loading screen the iron glove should not show up and when you right click something should pop up for a split second. Step 3: Be sad because you can't play properly

Sounds like something is getting in the way to make League not the active window. Try playing in a different window mode (i.e. fullscreen, windowed, or borderless). If you're using some kind of overlay, try disabling that. Check your task manager and see if there is some strange program coming up when you play.

Try to tab out (alt tab) on your own. It has happened to me before but fixes itself when I click on the shop or click around for a little.
