Idea for helping solve the Kalista problem

The main issue with Kalista as I'm sure everyone has experienced, is pretty much any champion that cannot gap close AND hard CC her can never catch her and can run away from you and chase you indefinitley.

While the permanent dashes is annoying to deal with as a whole, It's not impossible to balance. Target her base attack range. She has pretty much what the "standard" range is for AD carries at 550 (Ezreal, Corki, Miss Fortune, Draven, Vayne and Twitch all have the same range) and still has her hyper mobility when she's engaged in a fight. If Lucian was too mobile to justify his 550 range, and was also still too mobile for his 500 range and have no cost E's then shouldn't Kalista have a short range too?

If Kalista's attack range was brought down to 475 it would give champions an actual chance at trying to catch her, forcing Kalista to actually have to put herself in brief moments of danger while she's dancing around the battle throwing out spears. She'll still be insanely mobile and hard to lock down, but gives some counterplay to her mobility by being short range.

I don't know, man. Riot seems to dislike nerfing really popular champions with flashy mobility.

Honestly, I wish there was a cap to her rend. Even Vayne's W has a limit to it.

Personally i think a better nerf would be to remove the T2 boot scaling.
