@Riot, Can i report Selfish players?

By selfish i mean, we in a rank game and they refuse to help others BECAUSE they dont want to mess up their KDA win or lose. Lately all i been getting are players playing rank games trying to get a S rather then trying to win. KDA doesnt mean shit if you arent winning. Tilts me when people just ignore grouping or helping because they dont want to die more then 1 time, like its the lcs or something.
