I have 63000 Ip and I want to buy a new champ, especially a mage. I don't know which to choose, Zyra or Taliyah. I like them because they are both very bursty. Which one and please tell me why, Thanks!

Support = Zyra (4800). Mid = Taliyah(6300). Zyra can mid, but she's weaker mid than taliyah.
