Is it worth it to come back on LoL again?

I stopped playing in July this year and i didn't play LoL since then. for 5 months.

I used to enjoy this game so much for years but in this season i was sick of it because of DQ and all shit that was happening.

I heard that solo queue is back but that there are so much changes on the assassins.

Is worth it to come back to LoL again? and when will next season start?

Hows game in general ? Is it Better than before or worse or the same? What do you think?
