Perhaps its time (yes folks another thread talking about Exhaust)

It seems right now damage is out of control, but the summoner in charge of bringing it line only really hurts those that don't do as great (melee, assassins, etc). Perhaps the spell either needs a toning down (damage reduction being removed or slow being removed off it) or outright removal. Perhaps if its removed maybe damage then can get adjusted/lowered if needed.
