Hey, so Riot, I noticed you guys made a new Teemo skin (Bought it and Love it BTW), but that reminded me of a question I have for ya'll

Are you planning anything with the scout?

I mean, I know that it is unlikely that every champ will always be 100% meta and ranked ready. My Question is, meta/pickability notwithstanding, do you think Teemo is in a healthy place gameplay/stat wise? If so, why do you think this? If not, do you have any ideas on what direction you want to bring him in?

I Understand that he is likely harder to balance than most (Irrational hatred towards him, not a clear identity, could become out of control quickly, etc..) but he also brings in a lot of skin money (I mean, I alone have like 5 of his skins, and tons of people must buy them) and I really think with some effort the unofficial mascot of the league could feature more heavily writhen the game.

The last I remember hearing officially is that they want to change his Ultimate to something with more interaction, but I don't think they ever decided how.
