Can we have twitch jungle back?

So, now that Kindred is a thing, why cant Twitch become a jungle again? I mean, all the reasons Riot previously stated for removing his ability to jungle are gone now, mainly

1 His Ganks are/would be too Op Well, with what his stealth is now, it wouldn't really be much different than a shaco or zac, (I.E difficult to ward aganst but not impossible) and those guys are considered fine. and 2 Would ruin his adc' ness Kindred means Riot is inherently OK with a marksman jungle combo, and that the current jungle items are just fine for an adc to have.

It's not like it would even be hard to rebalance. Just make it so his W roots jungle camps, and applies 2times as many stacks of his passive, and make his e either do extra dmg vrs jungle camps or heal him (based on how many stacks likely) when used on jungle camps and BAM! Jungle Twitch viable.

Its not like he has a place in the adc rotation as of now anyway (protect the adc comps not really a thing anymore), and it would add some virarity to the whole ADC in the jungle thing. Cause after kindred is released, if a team doesn't want an adc duo, there aren't very many options (like, vayne/quin top, or kindred jungle) Adding in a twitch jungle would promote diversity while his jungle would be different enough from kindred's to not be and issue.

If this isn't possible, could a Red explain to me why, if they have the time? Thank you, and please consider this

I'm not exactly sure, but I think what killed twitch jungle was mainly just them buffing the jungle, it simply became to hard for him.

Found the notes, finally. So, in the rework, what helped kill Jungle Twitch was lowering his base damage, his damage per level, and introducing a "New" e that did much less damage, at least at the beginning of the game. In addition with a less powerful stealth (went from like, 10 sec at the start to 4 with no other points, or 20 to 5 with 2 points), this greatly lowered the overall potential of his jungle.

It wasn't easy to begin with (due to him being squishy) so that effectively killed it. After that, Riot proceeded to make the jungle harder (in general) so no-one/very few people ever picked it back up.

Sorry I still can't find that quote though
