I don't ask for too much, you guys don't have to give extensive detailed feedback. Just some small things I may be missing. CS? Counterpick? ?! If you see, I played 30 games on Nasus. With Nasus, I climbed from B5 to B3. But now I've lost my touch with Nasus. I play terrible as him, and for some reason I feel like the skin I'm using, Inferno nasus, the staff is shorter...
Swap your trinket to a sweeper once you've completed your sightstone as Support.
I'm not noticing any other glaring flaws in your items or such, and your win % is above 50, so just grind more games and get better, I'd say.
I don't really play top lane, but the biggest thing I'd say is you need to identify when you need to Q max or E max.
Yasuo is going to just push non-stop, so maxing E would be your best idea cause you can safely get gold without giving him much ability to tower dive you (he still can, but he won't be doing it with 10 additional minions on his side). Additionally, you might consider getting a Doran's ring or Spellthiefs if E maxing to give you a little more AP damage and mana regen so you can out push him (plus free money if spellthief).
Of course, E maxing means you don't get Q stacks, but you don't want to set yourself up for ganks, which is something that's easy to do vs a Nasus trying to Q stack the 10 minions under his tower. Just Q the minions you can and stay alive.
If you really want help, go record one of your replays (or new matchs) and post it on youtube or something so we can watch it. Everything seems good based on your numbers and such, but you may be making smaller mistakes that we can't see in the end game numbers.
The animation on the infernal skin is sometimes slow and you can miss CS from it. The auto attacks on it are also different.
I am a Nasus main. Farm more (your CS is low), don't fight until you have IBG, and then repeatedly kill your lane opponent and start pressuring the map. Learn to farm under tower with him. Adjust your reds to be a mix of attack speed and AD to help.

Bronze is a shithole. So... you're just going to have to grind out game after game, and hopefully you'll improve and climb out eventually. It could take 100+ games.
