I'm not much of a thinking man so I haven't crunched the numbers but to me it seems like you fully restored my Fizz to all his slippery glory. You took him away when he was abusing the meta, made him a tank killer which abused the new meta and now hes back to what seems like exactly where we left off a few patches ago before his nerf except now I get a damage boost when I ult someone. What are the exact numerical changes to seastone trident compared to where it was before the initial nerf a few patches back? I've played a lot of fizz in my day but lately I've been completely devastating people. My last few games where 19/2, 24/6 and 38/14. The fish is back <3

W's ap ratio is what it used to be, except the damage over time is 0.1 ap damage over 3 seconds higher. Grevious wounds was removed

Q lost 45 dmg at rank 5, and 0.3 ap dmg, and now damage can be avoided by dashes

However he gained 20% damage amp for 6 second from ulti.

So Fizz is actually stronger than before 1v1 with ultimate hitting.

Last patch was basically reverting the mistaking of removing ap scaling from his W. AP Fizz is good again.

I've got like a 80% winrate with AP Fizz mid since last patch. With most of those losses I was still going strong. Most of em anyway.

Interestingly I still see on-hit AD/tank fizz builds played in high elo. Seems Fizz is viable however you want to play him? I do like this.

Yea people are still running the AD build and it's working. It's nice to see riot balance a champion correctly so he can thrive with multiple play styles. Being able to dodge q is a bigger deal than I thought it would be, I'm surprised that they nerfed it further beyond just that.

But yea I've been doing great with him since last patch too. It's only a matter of time before he's permabanned in lower ELO again.
