How do I get Honor 3?
Is honor 3 based off of how many honors you get to hit a certain level or is it a timing thing like it seemed like everyone is getting honor 3's at the same time.

No one knows for sure, but there seems to be an average progression people are experiencing by just getting a normal amount of honors. I got honor three during a game that I wasn't honored for.
I just got it.
play about 150 games getting no honor, getting 1 or 2 every game shortens it down to about 50 games.
so i think honors are additive in nature.
all ofc getting no penalty in the process. so its not difficult other than to just play a lot.
It took me 174 games to get level 3. I probably average about one Honor per game. I think a slight majority of my games are ones in which I do not ger Honors, and occasionally I get one or two. I've gotten the Honor Flair from 3 Honors twice, and I have never gotten four Honors from one match.
