Lagging after Patch 7.16

This is not really a bug and maybe it's just me but now it's lagging considerably with the FPS going up to 160. Weird thing is the MS spikes too but when it does that the FPS goes down and it also lags. Touch the wall or tower- lag Spell goes off- lag Spell goes off and see damage a few seconds afterwards. Teleporting enemy team. This was not in PBE but I feel like people on PBE are having the same problem although it is supposed to be buggy, the game seems to be more laggy than usual. This did not happen during patch 7.15

Never got lagspikes before now i have a lot of disconnections and lagspikes

same thing over in oce, me and my friend are having this problem, although ms and fps seem fine we still slide around the place in teamfights.

my ms goes from my normal 81 to 400+ wasn't happening before 7.16.

Same thing here. My friend had that problem yesterday (I don't know if its working now) but I have the same problem today. My fps and ms are pretty normal.

lol its happening to me its annoying... i never really had htis kind of problems before now i get 1k ms every now and then.. can riot confirm ms issues please???
