Champions like Ashe, who have no items to inflict true damage and don't ignite me, will do 900 true damage at the least and 1500 at the most. It's not one singular person, either. Even someone playing Soraka did this, and I know she doesn't have true damage in her kit.
Are you sure they did true damage?
The new death recap doesn't work. It shows things that aren't true.
did you have KV or DD?
If you are talking end game stats, that is because red buff and elder dragon which both cause your attacks to do true damage on hit as well as apply a burn.
If you are talking death recap, that is just a bug.
