Evelynn's E Only Hit's Once...

Edit: Nevermind I checked and it does hit twice (MOST of the time...I swear sometimes it doesn't.)

Shouldn't it hit twice like it says? if you pay attention it really is only one spell that does the damage for "2 hits" in one shot... Especially because they've since gutted her back to basically where she was pre-rework, I really feel like it should legitimately hit twice. The best example I can think of would be pantheon's block, which is also how i noticed this. If she uses her E when he has his aegis up it should block the first hit and not the second, effectively doing only half damage. But it only counts as one and does no damage.. Why even bother saying that its 2 hits if its really not? I'm not sure if changing it would help her at all but I really think it should be done. It would give her an edge over spellshields and the like which is a very very situational buff that i hardly would think would be game breaking. if not it should just say that it is a single attack.

It does hit twice in quick succession. Try this: when ur attacking a tower use your e on a minion then immediately start attacking the tower. You will see one hit on the minion and the next hit soon after on the tower. Or you could use it on a minion who is about to die and you'll see the first hit will kill the minion and the second will hit another minion close by. It's two attacks. Promise ;)

I do that all the time. You can't switch the target like that... I'm pretty sure that's just an auto-attack. But yeah I just did some close observing and it does hit twice.

Evelynn's E does hit 2x, but does not apply on-hit effects. Pantheon's shield does not block either strike.

Wow...I guess I was totally wrong. I just did a custom game where i basically just kept using ravage on things and seeing how it worked. it is pretty clearly (although sometimes not as much) 2 hits. I SWEAR tho I was in a game where there was a pantheon with his block up at like 60 health and I E'd him and it did nothing...

You can also see it very plainly on Kalista's new ghosts. She instantly kills both their hits when she Es them.
