Illaoi Dilemma....

So I like to split push as Illaoi.

When I get ahead I wreck so hard. My team is like "WOW YUR A GOD!"

When I get behind, or at least am 3-5 or something, I sometimes keep pushing too far, and try and 1v4 over and over.

My team is like "OMG Illaoi, stop feeding, group with us!"

I know sometimes I'm kinda being an idiot, but what I wonder is, IF THEY ARE SENDING 4 TOP OVER AND OVER, WHY ARE U GUYS FARTING AROUND?

After I die, I will look, and my mid lane will be over farming wolves or some shit, nobody is pushing mid or bot, they are not taking dragon...

I'm like what the fuck. Even if I'm being an idiot, THEY SENT 4 TOP. PUSH SHIT!

I'm kinda ranting, but if anyone has input, please lemme know what you think.

The way I see it, that's how Illaoi is supposed to be. Her passive makes it so she can't teamfight regularly and she is a huge bully in lane with massive waveclear. Even if she doesn't get ahead she can 1v2 easy and sometimes 1v3. The only thing I can think of to tell you is maybe back off earlier so minions deal the tower damage and it looks like you're gone, then push again. Sorry I can't be of more help, but I did main Illaoi and it's certainly not just you who has experienced this problem!

I think this is what i need to do more.

Same game plan, just less balls deep every time.

build tankier if ur falling behind, focus on gathering gold. if you were building dd first then get BC instead, you want as much survivability as you can

item 3512 amazing item for illaoi too, lets you push even harder and kill towers very quickly

Lol I find it funny when you get 3-5 champion top lane chasing you and nobody is pushing. Instead bish off that you are feeding and not helping the team. And everyone was just running around farming our jg or waiting about 4 mins of me getting chased down to do anything. Folks say, omg you are a Bard "god" I usually would say... Naaaaah. Though I won't lie, my rank Bard isn't bad when doing flux with a bunch of Golds (Stops playing rank from high amounts of toxicity and bad team mates). The point is, nobody does shit when you distract them for 4 fking minutes.
