I am a little confused about something. If spell vamp is removed from the game. Then how does passive work, since it says that it causes spell vamp?

They removed spell vamp from items only. It can still occur in champion kits and masteries and runes.

I don't think they will remove it.

Spellvamp was removed from items ONLY.

Spell vamp items are removed. But you can still have spell vamp quints and morgh passive. and ryze passive.

i think they will remove it gradually.

It would not surprise me if Morgana's passive is changed towards the end of this season. I was a little surprised it was not changed with the mid-season update.

I would like to see her passive be useful for mid-lane and support Morgana, but not too strong that we get jungle Morgana (like we did with Malzahar .

Maybe a passive for her that is similar to Shen's. Landing spells can activate some type of barrier. That would give her some tankiness for her ultimate and some protection in the bottom lane.

I thought a movement speed passive would be good, but it could be problematic (riot has been trying to limit movement speed since preseason).

There are plenty of champions that have lackluster passives, but Morgana's is pretty weak I think.
