League been acting strange.

Hello. I've been noticing that League as been acting odd as of late. On selecting your positions, when you accept them, and in the pick and ban phase are really slow. I've also been in matches where I've had 50ms ping and just me on the internet. Every five seconds or more I get an attempting to reconnect, or just a high amount of lag. I don't know what is going on here, or if this is really a bug. I know it's not my computer or internet, cause every other game I run works perfectly. Please. I just want to play my games in peace without many problems on the server side.
