Been haveing this problem with dodgers lately. Hope it doesent become a "thing"

So I have seen this happen a few times over the last few days. I have seen this before but not like I am seeing it happen now. When in champ select a player just bans another players champ on the same team then talks a lot of trash when that player complains. Then they pick a troll champ. And say they want to see how that champ works for that roll. All this in hopes that they force someone else to dodge so they don't have to. I have had this happen twice and the person ends up dodging right as the countdown ends or once we ended up in game but they AFK at start.
