is it possible to ruin your mmr on an account at a certain amount of games played in a division.ive heard it is possible wanted opinions or facts with evidence about if true or not

Its true, just make a new acc if you do
If your MMR is too low. you win more games and it goes back up
"ruining mmr" is about people who want to climb super fast on new accounts. If you're not doing some self challenge, don't pay attention to it.
