Can We Rework Riven
Ask anybody if they like fighting riven, they will say no (besides riven darius kled etc players) anti fun champs shouldnt be kept in the game

Short answer, no. Git gud. Long answer, Riven as a champion is only good in situations where she can exploit your own weaknesses. She is bad in situations where the enemy has little weakness or is very strong themselves. She can survive and get to the point where she can do more, but innately she is only as strong as the enemy is weak. If you want to beat Riven, you need to limit your mistakes and outplay her if she tries to attack you. I will agree, she is not fun to play into when your champ has limited mobility, but for the most part that is what her kit is designed to counter. I personally would like to see them nerf her mobility slightly, mainly reduce some of the CD per level off some of her abiities, because when she has 40-45% CDR is where she can be extremely unhealthy for the game against players that aren't of high caliber.

"anti fun champs" that's an objective thing. I could like a champion you hate, or you could like one I hate. That's not a reason to change it.
