Just had a game where Cass with Conq healed 22,314 damage. She healed 7000 more than their Lee Sin and literally outhealed everyone in the entire game. That really shouldn't be happening.
Oh, and get Ranged champs out of top lane. I don't give a FUCK what you say. Top is for Melee vs Melee.
You do know that ranged champions have been part of the top lane literally since the game's inception right? So no, top lane isn't meant to be melee vs melee. Also why the hell should every type of champion suffer because of one or two outliers?
Top has never really been for melee vs melee.
Check back in season 1, 2, 3, etc.
There were always melees with point and click ranged spells, basically making them pseudo-ranged, there were always ranged APs like Swain, Heimer, Vlad, Kennen, a couple champs like Rumble etc.
Just because more melees function there because they don't have a real role in the game outside of laning doesn't mean its a melee vs melee lane.
Melee has a higher rate of success vs ranged tops than earlier seasons too.
BTW, get your 
cancer out of top so real melees that take effort and some form of thought can lane again. People like you are the reason I started playing Vlad in the first place.

Meanwhile any adc with 1 lifesteal item can heal that much. Buy the anti-heal item and dodge Qs. No, "she ulted" is not an excuse to get hit by her Q, there are 2 items that remove CC.

Top is for whatever anyone wants to play top. I am quite tired of afking under my tower because enemy picked Darius and Im not 2 leagues ahead of him just to have equal chances. I didn't see a single Irelia/Camille/Kled player complaining abount ranged toplaners somehow
Maybe stop playing top. Since top isn't for only melee champions and if you think that you don't understand the role you're playing.
