MM Que'ing algorithm and Dynamic Que.
Just finished a game. Top asks me to camp it, so I do, get some kills, then starts flaming me for "KS'ing", proceeds to be teemo and invis afk, thus leading to me losing the game. Flash forward to end-game screen. 281 kills my team, including 2 people with 0 wins, against their team with 481 wins.
How does this not seem stupid to anyone at Riot? This is an honest question, as a person who has studied some programming, and has friends who program for respectable companies. How does the algorithm allow someone with 89 wins to get que'd with not 1, but 2 people, with 0 wins? Oh and this isn't new. About every 4-5 games, on average, I'll get AT LEAST 1 person with sub-5 wins on my team.
I'm about as mad as I can get at this point, and am joining the crowd saying that I'm not playing this game until there is a major shift in how it is managed, and community feedback seems to be acknowledged. As IMLS said, an LCS coach, "league is pulling a SC2, going from the top of the mountain, to the very bottom, because it's refusing to listen to it's playerbase".
Now to leave you with this tidbit as well, when Overwatch launched, KR's PCBANG game population of League dropped 27.5% in the opening week, and it hasn't recovered. So Riot's response? INTRODUCE A WAY TO BUY DISCOUNTED SKINS!!!! Because making money literally seems to be the only thing this company cares about.
I don't think I'm alone. Cheers M8.
