Intentional Feeding/Deranking and Penalizations

Your company is actually completely worthless, I play 5 games and get people who don't take smite as jungle, or don't actually go to their assigned lanes, and I get banned for saying a bad word?

You'd think with all that money from skins you'd be able to address the issues that ACTUALLY ruin games for players that are beyond their control, instead of trying to cuddle everyone and ban people who use bad words when there is a mute function in the game and a profanity filter.
