Is anyone else fed up with how short LeBlanc's cool downs are?

It appears that besides kass no other champion could ever keep up to leblanc if she were to turn tail and run. I play shaco religiously and i even save my "Deceive" for her first dash but with her ult she can dash immediately again but im usually good at catching up to her by then and then its like 5 seconds before she can dash again. shacos cd for that is only 9 after having 40% cdr. if nothing else just nerf her dash's cd by 2 secs.

Not to mention that she can reactive the ability to hop back, WHILE the ability itself goes on coolown instead of like a majority of the other reactivatable abilities whose internal cooldowns go on when the abilities second portion has been activated or ran out of recast time.

Her passive is pretty low imo and very effective. Watched stream yesterday, saw her die.. She gets back to lane gets doved on again passive still up again. I was like waaat.

Either nerf cool down or nerf damage on distortion. An escape tool shouldn't do that much damage, and imo its hardly a skill shot of sorts so easy to land. Her chain at least takes skill to use. It was on marine revenge stream, she went adc Leblanc top too low. She ended up doing more damage than their own Lucian.

If there was ever an adc with LeBlanc's kit could you imagine that.

Shaco is impossible to catch as well! I think they should just make her w cost more mana.

At least give her the same treatment as Zed, A 1 or maybe 2 second window where leblanc cannot instantly jump back to her W location.

I'm dead serious when i say the ONLY thing i absolutely despise about Leblanc is her ridiculous mobility. I was never bothered by her having a silence... but that freaking mobility. Its incredibly hard to punish, gank, or shut her down because she just mega blinks away from every problem. Hell ganking her is close to impossible unless you see her use her ult on your teammate, and even then she still has her passive. Even as Kassadin she is impossible to catch until the late game, and even then it isn't easy. Not to mention as immobile melee you basically have to ignore her because there is no damn way to catch her unless she lets you. Well short of walking into a Cho silence.

Nerf her mobility and for all i care we can double her ratios on Q.

Her CDs are stupidly low especially if she maxes CDR, it's just absurd.

Well Riot said they might add a 1 second cooldown to Distortion after it has been cast. They really should go through with it. It's unfair she can go in and delete a champion instantly, then blink back out immediately.

You do know that kills are the least important objective in the game, right? No? How about that being in a situation where you could kill LB usually means you can pressure her tower?

But shaco has invis. Think of how overbearing he would be if he had the cooldowns and mana cost of LB. Think of how hard shaco would knife every champ in the game for reduced crits.
