Ekko Buff/Adjustment Idea.

The base AD and E buffs are okay, but really don't hit the mark in my opinion.

Ekko's damage and mobility are fine. What I think needs buffed is his utility and more specifically his W.

Ideas for W....

-- Add a "Distort Time" to it that slows enemies in it and speeds up allies.

  • 30% slow to enemies and 30% speed boost to allies?

-- Double down on being inside it with an enemy by ramping up the slow if Ekko and an enemy are in it at same time.

* Have the slow ramp up to 70% depending on how long Ekko and his enemy are in it.

-- Adjust what happens to Ekko after the spell ends. Right now he gets a shield that is extremely telegraphed and difficult to get full use out of. Here are a couple variations I was thinking about...

  • Have the shield activate after the stun wears off
  • Have it give Ekko a massive speed boost if no one is in it but him
  • Keep it the same, but have it ramp up quicker

Obviously you can't do all of this, but it is better than a stat check!

How about just cut the insanely long cast time, but reduce the stun. Make it usable. It makes no sense at all that he's using his time travel to do the ability, but at the same is off on the timing by a full 3 seconds.

My question is why does Ekko need these buffs? He's decently balanced not too hard for new players and plenty of room for a learning curve if you want to get good.
