Thresh. Very fun and interactive IMO, but a bit weak right now. Can be a bit over powering if certain lane matchups (his zoning potential) but comes more from execution of the champion rather than the champion itself.

These are some ideas I had, although I've only iterated on them maybe once or twice. I'm sure that a lot of them aren't the right direction to make him better without hurting him, but these are just the things that I notice: P: Feels bad, like all the time, until late game. Collecting souls feels like a burden that you have to do, rather than something to reward good plays and being around your carry. Makes roaming feel just that much worse. Would appreciate a buff to his pickup radius, maybe by 10-15% (a lot of the times I feel like I've picked it up when I've missed it), or maybe just a buff to his base stats. Q: Good. Obviously I can complain about speed, size, etc. but honestly, it's really balanced right now. W: It feels good once you have about 10% CDR, but a bit annoying until then. Also, it feels "slow" to throw onto the ground. Alternatively, I would be happy seeing a bit bigger shield at the lower ranks and keeping it the same at higher. E: Good overall. As a Thresh player, I would love to see it buffed, but I think it's really strong as is. R: Good, although buggy! This is a nerf, but I would honestly really like to see it take the Aurelion Sol passive route where it's always visible in bushes. Sometimes walls disappear and make people walk through them where they think there isn't one. Really frustrating to play against, and just overall bad.

Why do I want to buff Thresh? Because he's fun. Like, it feels fair to play against him, compared to other supports (Blitz, Leona, Sona all come to mind). You know what he wants to do. Perhaps the least "fun" thing about him as an enemy is when he saves an opponent, but I'm totally okay with that because the other side of it is feels so goddamn good.

I don't want to see him every game, and I'm honestly okay with him feeling a tiny bit weak. A champion that has so many opportunities to minmax can't be good all the time. I would just love to not feel so punished by poke lanes, and to be able to do something more than just :/ when I'm behind.

I suppose, at the end of this, a lot of these changes that I'm proposing are unnecessary--although would feel good. What I'm really asking for is a bit of a buff to base armor, a buff to base MR, and maybe a buff to his soul pickup radius. I don't want much for Spookyman, just for him to be able to properly Spook.
