Change it
When you rank up starting at 0Lp is a horrible thing to experience. make It to at least in the middle so a troll or afk cant get you easily deranked.

You get a thing called "demotion shielding" already. After being promoted to a new division, you can't be demoted for 3 games (you can lose them all). After being promoted into a new tier you have 10 games of shielding.
