same happen to me, this guy joins the lobby and literally says "if nobody dodges i'm gona feed". the guy is obviously on tilt mode from last game, and nobody dodged. i was in series. so i couldn't afford to dodge. joins the games, feeds his ass off. gives first blood before minions spawn. leaves game.

edit: you forgot to mention the 5 minute wait on top of the "3lp", i could of sworn you lost more than 3 lp....but i could be wrong.

You lose additional LP if you dodge 2 or more times in a ~24 hour period.

It starts off at 3 LP.

yeah riot doesn't take this into consideration. the good thing about %%%ggot feeders is that it works both ways. I lost my first 2 promo games back to back due to intent feeders. i win my next 4 games and get back up to promos and WIN my promos BECAUSE THE ENEMY PLAYER WAS ON TILT MODE AND DECIDED TO FEED AND AFK.

p.s solo q is a game of luck, not skill. get the guy on tilt mode, lose the game.
