about surrendering

if there is a premade group of 4 people playing with a solo player they shouldn't be able to control the surrender vote because they are a premade they should need the solo player to agree instead of just 4 buddies thinking the game is over and the solo is forced to accept their decision where as in any other surrender situation with a group of 3 and a group of 2 its reasonable because both premades get to help decide the outcome of the vote
