I was just wondering if all the lvl 30 players get all the rewards all at once, like in a big pack, because to be honest, I do see why they MIGHT bring this to EU and NA for the new players, but it just kinda makes all the lvl 30 players mad because they worked to get to lvl 30 and miss out on all of these rewards.
So I'm asking do lvl 30 players get all the rewards at once?
It looks like players manually unlock them at that page when at the appropriate levels rather than auto-unlocking, so I expect level 30 players would be able to go to the page and unlock each levels rewards one at a time and get them all one after another.
No clue how it handles the rewards for people who already have the champ(s)/max rune pages/xp boosts for already 30 players.
But of course, it might be a garena only thing so it's entirely moot for the rest of us.
Se won't get sht which is so dumb as fck. And Rito will make bronze even worse now. Even though they give you freee champs by the time u get to lv 30 you will not be that good. I remember when i got to lv 30 it was hard for me and I didn't want to play ranked so I wouldn't ruin other people games but now when I play ranked there's always that 1 Yasuo/mid main that can only play 1 champ and when that champ gets banned they troll. But now with all this it's just gonna get worse... P.S. I'M MAD AS F*CK CUZ WE DONT GET THE REWARDS!! WE WORKED TWICE AS HARD ONLY TO GET PEOPLE WHO GOT LV 30 SERVED ON A SILVER PLATE AND WE DONT GET ANYTHING! JUST A SMALL REWARD WOULD BE NICE!

If you open the page you can read it under Terms & Conditions: You can only get rewards from Levels you reached after 1st Jan 2017.
Even though most players will not be rewarded it is a good idea as it invites more new players to play League. The former system was pretty bad to be honest and this one gives new players the option to get enough champions and lv 3 runes before hitting Lv 30 so they can just start playing ranked. And to be honest most other players don't need these rewards anymore, we already got the Hextech system.
I really hope this is implemented into the other servers soon.

Conclusion: I've spent a decent amount of cash on LoL, aswell as a lot of others. Us that already are level 30, and have been for a damn long time should get something. (Ip, skins, rp, champs - anything). I feel like if I a made a new account I would actually, earn what I used like ½ year to earn could be earned that on a new acc. in one month. I don't think this is a bad idea I actually love it.

Great. Now all the newbie players can get to level 30 faster and ruin the low elo ranked system faster. And best of all, we veterans don't get shit! Great decision, Riot. Edit: You'd think they'd give all of us that already got level 30 at least something but nah, all Riot wants is money. Don't give a shit about player enjoyment.
I know we have the hextech system butt can u atleast give us some ip and mystery skins or whatewer couse they will get almost as much stuff before 30as we did from all the chests

All them at once might be a bit extreme, maybe just a few IP boosts and stuff?
This isn't coming to NA, so the ranked won't get screwed over more here. If it were to come to NA you can get all the rewards as a level 30.
I have a question.... Is this system already out in the League of Legends system? You can get these rewards rn if you get to that certain lv with a smurf?
I hope thats the case because if it isnt most people might quit or just get super angry.

Is this even fair? What about us? who are level 30? Shouldn't we get all the rewards or something? We worked hard you know to get to level 30. Some of us maybe didnt even got skins, and then a 10 level has PROJECT: Ashe skin. Very fair right

Honestly, I'd just be happy if they'd give us lvl 30s boxes or maybe a few skin shards? because honestly, to create a new acc and start over, It's annoying. But I can see why they would add this for new players, as long as lvl 30s or max lvls get something. Then I'm okay with it, but if you need to make a new acc to actually get these rewards. It'll be annoying

Terms 6.If your account is registered before 1st Jan 2017 and this is your first time logging in. You'll only be able to collect the rewards after your current level. So basically ppl that had accounts lvl 30 before jan/1/2017 will only get the lvl30 reward. when it comes on our servers we will see.
