I was just wondering if all the lvl 30 players get all the rewards all at once, like in a big pack, because to be honest, I do see why they MIGHT bring this to EU and NA for the new players, but it just kinda makes all the lvl 30 players mad because they worked to get to lvl 30 and miss out on all of these rewards.

Mysticman895 votesIt looks like players manually unlock them at that page when at the appropriate levels rather than auto-unlocking, so I expect level 30 players would be able to go to the page and unlock each levels rewards one at a time and get them all one after another.
No clue how it handles the rewards for people who already have the champ(s)/max rune pages/xp boosts for already 30 players.
But of course, it might be a garena only thing so it's entirely moot for the rest of us.

Chill dude. The ‘rewards’ are in place of gaining ip each game. You got the ip (now blue essence) for those 30 levels. You got your reward as first win of the day ip bonus after each and every game that got you to 30, plus honor capsules, plus key frags, loot boxes, etc. you got plenty and are now throwing a tantrum like a spoiled brat. I’ve been around long enough to have golden rammus, and beleive me, these level rewards will be no greater than post game ip. Its just to help make the game less grindy for new players.
Btw do you play riven, vayne, and Master Yi? Because you remind me of everyone who had ever played those champs in my games.

And to be honest most other players don't need these rewards anymore, we already got the Hextech system.
I really hope this is implemented into the other servers soon.

You will as a level thirty get all the rewards, it says under their ToS that you must meet or exceed the required level and can still claim it after the met level. Plus this is only for Garena based accounts.[slayer-jinx-catface]

- After game:Report player too new or something idk. And then they must play(or win) like 30 normal games.

Ruining low elo is a joke. It's already ruined by the actual players who are not good enough to climb.

how? we worked twice as hard for level thirty then the new players. (they made exp leveling even easier in recent patches to the point it only takes half the work)

So basically ppl that had accounts lvl 30 before jan/1/2017 will only get the lvl30 reward. when it comes on our servers we will see.
