For some reason I got permabanned, I went on a vacation for about a week and when I came back my account was banned, Someone please help me. I really liked my account and I had a bunch of friends on it and I didn't even hack D: please check the link I put in for more info D:

Did you get an e-mail or in-client card with the reason for your ban on it?

MILKDRAMADA Today at 14:36 Dear, whoever is reading this. For some odd strange reason, I got perma banned for no reason. I went on vacation for about a week, and when I came back and tried to log into my account (MilkDramada) I saw I was perma banned, I didn't cheat, nor did I share this account with anyone. I also didn't even boost my account in anyway nor did I even get an email as of why I was banned! Please respond back to me as soon as possible :)

Final thing I have to ask/say Im not sure if I got banned because of this, but I did use a program to see all the skins and test them, not sure if that can get me banned.
Double check spam filters on your email to make sure Riots email didnt get caught there. Looking back through your match history shows some major red flags though. Your most recent game you afked, you have a 6 tear game and another afk. Even if this is a mistake from Riot I would be careful moving forward.
What would you guys recommend to do right now? Im very sad and upset about this and im only 14 so I don't know how these things work

I can't really get into the specifics of what program exactly caused the suspension, but our system detected the use of unauthorized exploits within your games, meaning that regardless of what happened the account will not be able to be recovered.
