For some reason I got permabanned, I went on a vacation for about a week and when I came back my account was banned, Someone please help me. I really liked my account and I had a bunch of friends on it and I didn't even hack D: please check the link I put in for more info D:

If you didn't receive an e-mail with the reason why, then your best option is exactly this. WAIT for a reply -- if you reopen or update the ticket it moves to the back of the queue. It may take them a day or so to get to you.

Depends on why. Sometimes a ban is for something simple like account protection (if they think it was compromised) or for problems with a financial transaction. Those are usually easy unbans once the problem is resolved.
If the ban is for something like 3rd party software or behavioral issues, unbanning becomes SIGNIFICANTLY less common unless the ban was applied in error.

If it does this in-game then yes, it is definitely possible. You're not allowed to use anything that would interfere with in-game files.
SavageConcordia1 votesDouble check spam filters on your email to make sure Riots email didnt get caught there. Looking back through your match history shows some major red flags though. Your most recent game you afked, you have a 6 tear game and another afk. Even if this is a mistake from Riot I would be careful moving forward.

As I said, wait to hear back from Riot. If it was a 3rd party program that interfered with the League game data you're probably out of luck. If it was for toxicity (if you've been chat restricted before) you're probably out of luck.
If it's for something else, they may be able to help you. But ONLY they can help you right now if you don't have an e-mail from them in your in-box or your spam folder.

The ONLY thing I've used on league to kinda "Modify" the game is skin test, I only used it to check if I REALLY wanted the skins, It didn't show for anyone else in the game nor did I permanently get it. It only showed for me and for me only, my other friends used this and they didn't get banned, im not sure what to do right now, but thanks for your support

I don't know the specifics of Riot's ban policy on 3rd party software, nor the specific program that you were using. If it DOES affect Riot's code in any way than yes, you can be banned for it. Whether or not they DO ban for that specifically I can't say, nor will I guess at. Sorry -- I try only to speak on points I'm sure of.

I can't really get into the specifics of what program exactly caused the suspension, but our system detected the use of unauthorized exploits within your games, meaning that regardless of what happened the account will not be able to be recovered.

Yep. Uninstall ANY program you may have that interacts with League in any way BEFORE making your new account. I'd also recommend reinstalling League just in case there is some lingering software interaction. Then your only option is to make a new account.
Going forward, look up skins on YouTube. NEVER use a program that interacts with League directly, or your account is at risk.
