For me, it says that "chests are available" and all I have to do to get a hextech chest is get an S-, S, or S+ (or a premade). My premades and I have been getting plenty of S's, but for some reason I'm not getting any chests? This didn't use to happen; before, I got my chests for my S-, S, or S+ but it suddenly stopped giving me them.
Is this some new update I haven't heard of? Or am I doing something wrong?
Kai Guy2 votesDo a quick doublecheck for if you have unlocked a Chest on a champion yet. You only get 1 per champ. Your allies S will unlock for your champion, not theirs. (I beleive)
You can see who you have chest acquired on under the Collecton tab. Hover your mouse over a champion and it should provide a message "chest acquired" if you have.
Other then that, I don't know.. You may need to contact player support. Let me know if you need assistance with that.

I used to get multiple chests a week for getting S's on Diana
and Ashe
though. Did something change?
Kai Guy1 votesNope But there is very good odds that I am wrong about what playing with friends does. You might get a chest for one of their champions if you guys get an S and you own that champion.
Do you usually play with friends? You guys might have exhausted chests on all your mains.
I assumed it was always for who your playing but if you own the champ and premade don't work like I assumed you could still get chests. Take a look around, see if there are any champions you own, but have not played this year that your friends main who have a chest acquired on your account.
I rarely play outside of solo so I might have had the wrong assumption.

Kai Guy1 votesI feel like the fastest way to check is look at the owned champs your friends main that you don't play. Youd need more then just the Nami, you would likely have 3-7 champions locked out if it is off what your firends are playing. So, Do you have Chests on your hommies Mains? Do you have a friend who does not play Diana and Ashe that has chests on them?

then you should get a chest, and can't get a chest on again til next season, if your friend is playing 
and gets an S then neither of you can get chests from ahri, because both of you get Ss
Chembaron Yamada2 votesFairly sure that if you play Aatrox and your friend gets an S with Ahri, then you get a chest for Aatrox and not Ahri.
